Your enquiries and the forms
The contact forms let you send enquiries directly from the websites. The server validates the fields and processes enquiries by email to formularios@redmalaga.com so that the Red Málaga team can respond. In those forms, sending confirmation means that the mail server has accepted the enquiry; it does not itself establish receipt in the mailbox.
The “Request a quote” form lets you add photographs or plans in JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF: up to five files, with a maximum of 4 MiB per file and 8 MiB in total. Your contact information, installation details and attachments are recorded directly in Red Málaga’s private panel. Confirmation with an SOL reference means that the request has been saved, even if the email notification does not arrive. Attachments are only made available to the authorised administrator; they are not published or included in that email notification. Only provide files needed to assess the work and avoid identity documents, sensitive information or unnecessary third-party data.
Before sending, you must complete our own captcha check, available as an image or an accessible text question. No external captcha provider is involved. Contact forms may use a technical session cookie to link verification to the browser. The “Request a quote” form uses its own temporary check and does not need cookies to submit the request, including when displayed within another group website. We also use attempt counters to limit misuse.
We use the necessary information you provide — such as your name, contact details, town, service and message — to respond, assess the project and manage your request. Submission does not subscribe you to advertising. Avoid providing sensitive information or unnecessary third-party data.
If you choose to contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, communication takes place through the chosen service and its terms also apply. Files you send us through those channels are used to deal with your enquiry and are not published on the website.
Enquiries received in our mailbox and the team’s replies may also be managed through a private Red Málaga panel accessible to the authorised administrator. The panel retains a copy of contact details, message text and follow-up information, and can link quotations. When the administrator prepares an attached quotation, a PDF of the selected version is retained with the message. Sending a reply requires an action by the administrator; it does not itself accept the quotation on the customer’s behalf.
The website does not send these forms’ contents to an artificial intelligence provider. Information received to handle enquiries is available to authorised personnel. Its retention is limited to the purposes and criteria set out below.
Analytics across the seven websites
We use a shared Google Analytics 4 (GA4) configuration to understand visits to the seven websites and actions involving their contact options. This helps us identify pages of interest and improve navigation.
Google Analytics is only activated if you accept analytics cookies. Before you accept, or if you reject, this integration does not load the Analytics tag or send measurement requests to Google. You can continue browsing and contact us without accepting.
If you accept, measurement may process browser identifiers, visited pages, the source of the visit, browser and device characteristics, approximate location and interaction data. We record contact actions by method, such as phone, email or WhatsApp; a click does not establish that a message was sent or a call made. Separately, we measure form requests that the mail server confirms as accepted for sending, without including enquiry fields.
We do not send Analytics the names, phone numbers, email addresses, messages or files you enter in the form. Page and referrer addresses are sent without query parameters or fragments. Automatic enhanced measurement is disabled. We have not enabled personalised advertising, advertising features or Google signals in this integration.
Google states that Analytics processes browsing data and identifiers through first-party cookies and does not log or store IP addresses in Analytics. This does not mean that all information processed is anonymous. You can read about Google Analytics data protection measures.

Your choice is saved separately for each website and browser. Accepting on one domain does not automatically mean accepting on the others. Once you have accepted on the domains you visit, the shared Analytics configuration can link browsing across these seven websites. The panel may appear again if you change browsers or devices, or delete their data.
You can reopen the cookie preferences control available on each website and change your choice. Withdrawing consent saves your rejection, blocks measurement, deletes Analytics cookies accessible to that website and reloads the page. Withdrawal does not itself delete data already sent. You can also delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings; the browser’s own restrictions may shorten the stated periods.

Legal basis
Processing a requested proposal is based on the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract. For other enquiries, the basis is your consent when submitting them. Analytics is based on your consent, which you can withdraw. The operation and technical protection of the service are based on our legitimate interest in keeping it secure. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects on you or use this measurement to create commercial profiles.
Retention
We retain enquiries while dealing with them and following them up. We then delete them or retain them with access restricted where necessary for legal obligations or potential liabilities. The period depends on the enquiry and whether it develops into a contractual relationship.
Marking an enquiry as closed in the panel means that its follow-up has ended; it does not automatically delete related messages, quotations or files. You can request a review or removal of your information by emailing info@redmalaga.com.
The form’s protective counters use a cryptographic reference to the IP address and timestamps, without storing enquiry fields in those files. Their limits cover a maximum of 24 hours. Files inactive for more than 48 hours are progressively deleted when new requests arrive; inactivity may delay this cleanup.
Retention of Google Analytics user and event data is set to 2 months, with the reset on new activity disabled. This period is separate from the 180 days for cookies and the browser preference, and does not determine the duration of standard aggregated reports. Hosting, providers and transfers
DreamHost hosts the websites and may process technical data needed to provide and protect the hosting, such as access logs. Processing may take place from the United States. Its data processing agreement, incorporated into its terms, provides for standard contractual clauses for international transfers where applicable.
Google provides Analytics and processes measurement data under its terms and the configuration we apply. The service may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area. Google describes the mechanisms used, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses where applicable, in its information on international data transfers. We do not sell enquiry data or disclose it to third parties for advertising. You can request further information about providers and applicable safeguards by writing to us.
Your rights
Write to info@redmalaga.com to enquire about the processing of your data or, where applicable, exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. You can withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
